The Directorate of Performance Management in the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO)yesterday commenced a two week monitoring exercise on the 2024 IPAS Annual Appraisal and the 2025 IPAS Target Setting for grade 1 to 10 in MDA'S.
The Director of Performance Management, Mr. Chernor Mansaray said the exercise aims in ensuring compliance and warns that administrative actions will be instituted for non compliance of the exercise.
