Sierra Leone’s Minister of Information And Civic Education Arrives Istanbul Ahead of STRATCOM 2026 Summit.

Sierra Leone’s Minister of Information and Civic Education, Hon. Chernor A. Bah, has arrived in Istanbul, Türkiye, ahead of the STRATCOM 26 Summit; scheduled for 27-28 March, 2026.

The summit will convene global leaders, diplomats, and communication experts in Istanbul for one of the world’s leading forums on strategic communication, organized by the Presidential Directorate of Communications.

Through the STRATCOM Summit, thousands of participants and speakers from over 50 countries are expected to engage on critical issues, including crisis communication, disinformation, public diplomacy, emerging technologies, media planning, and new media skills. The summit has increasingly become a key platform for international dialogue, collaboration, and the exchange of best practices.

The Minister is accompanied by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Mr. Andrew S. Kamara.
